Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, one of India’s reputed pharmaceutical companies, has announced a walk-in recruitment drive for its Dholka Plant in Gujarat. The company is inviting eligible candidates to apply for apprenticeship opportunities in the Production and Packing (Manufacturing) department.
The recruitment initiative aims to provide skill-development-based employment opportunities for young candidates seeking experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. The company has emphasized that the hiring process will be conducted directly, without the involvement of contractors, ensuring a transparent and professional recruitment process.
The walk-in drive is being conducted for the position of Apprentice in the Production and Packing section. Candidates who have completed 10th pass, 12th pass, ITI, Diploma, B.A., or B.Com are eligible to apply. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Cadila Pharmaceuticals has announced attractive monthly stipends based on educational qualifications:
10th Pass: ₹9,000 per month
ITI & 12th Pass: ₹11,000 per month
Diploma Holders: ₹11,000 per month
Graduates: ₹15,000 per month
The company stated that the apprenticeship program is designed to help candidates gain practical industrial exposure while developing technical and professional skills.
