Open Positions
1. Formulation Development – R&D Department
Experience Required: 9–10 Years
Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct literature reviews and prepare development trial strategies.
Execute pre-formulation studies and product characterization activities.
Monitor and document trial batches and prototype formulations.
Perform stability studies and process optimization activities.
Support scale-up batches and technology transfer operations.
Prepare technical documents including MFR, BOM, PDR, stability protocols, and reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams during product development.
Develop solid oral dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, liquids, semisolids, and dry syrups.
Operate formulation equipment such as RMG, FBD/FBP, compression machines, roller compactors, and coating machines.
2. Analytical Development – R&D Department
Experience Required: 4–5 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine analysis for assay, dissolution, related substances, content uniformity, and water content.
Analyze in-process, finished product, and stability samples.
Operate analytical instruments including HPLC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, and Dissolution Apparatus.
Prepare specifications, SOPs, STPs, and stability reports.
Conduct analytical method development and method validation activities.
Compile analytical data and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure periodic calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
Desired Skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
