Key Responsibilities

The selected Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the following activities:

1. Supervise the execution and installation of DC and AC electrical systems at solar project sites.
2. Conduct electrical testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization activities.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable MNRE requirements under PM-KUSUM, IEC standards, and Indian Standards (IS).
4. Supervise earthing systems, lightning protection, and electrical safety arrangements.
5. Maintain electrical test reports, daily progress reports, and project documentation.
6. Coordinate with civil, mechanical, QA/QC teams, contractors, and other project personnel.
7. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of electrical installation activities.
