Qualification:

M. Sc/PhD (Chemistry), BE/B.Tech (Chemical)

Job Knowledge:

•HPLC & GC (Development & Validation), LC-MS, PSD, Malvern, Nitrosoamine, NDSRL GCMS, ion chromatography, AMV, AMT, Method development. GLP, Documentation

•Literature search, LNB writing. Perform experiments in lab, GLP, Costing, Reaction mechanism, Scale up. Tech transfer. Report preparation

•Process engineering studies, technology development, technology transfer, mass & energy balance, process calculations, solvent recovery, debottlenecking & troubleshooting, HAZOP, literature reviews and R&D projects handling

•Review Process development report, Analytical Method Validation, Specification & STP, QMS, Change Control, CAPA, Risk Analysis, CSV, Qualification records, issuance and documentations
