Injectable Job Details:
•Exposure of QMS Activities
•Supervision of Autoclave, Lyo section/ Aseptic Area
•SKID based operations
•Documentation of BMR/BPR
•Batch Manufacturing
•Exposure to Leak Test/ Skid Operations Autoclave/ Lyo Operations
•Exp of Handling Isolator/VHP Based Filling Area
•Breakdown & AMC activities/ Qualification of equipment
•Electrical Incharge/HVAC/ Utilities
•Machine Maintenance/ Water system
•BMS/Eng QMS
•PLC/SCADA/ Instrumentation
•Handling Change Control/ CAPA/ Deviation/Investigation & Audit Management
•Issuance and Retrieval of GMP Document/QMS/APQR
•Working experience over SAP, Trackwise and other related software
•Review of BMR/BPR and process validation reports, in process testing, sampling & line clearance/ Handling of OOS, OOT, OOC and Laboratory events and review of data for same
•Exposure of water HPLC, Dissolution, GC and other Instruments with AMV, RM, PM, FP
•product analysis/ qualification and calibration of instruments.
•Handling of QMS related Activities
•Exposure of various instruments/software like empower 3, LIMS and other software
OSD Job Details:
•Handing and compliance of compression/ coating & Granulation machines/ equipment’s like GEA, Cadmach, Fette, korsch, coaters, RMG, FBE, FBD etc
•Documentation of BMR & Log Books
