This role involves execution of sales strategies for the area by achieving topline growth with driving area specific KPIs including developing channel partners, leading high performing teams and championing effective deployment of sales processes.
Qualifications:
•Min of 1 year ASM stint in GT: FMCG/Pharma industry
•Masters in Business Administration from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions
•Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Strategic Planning skills
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
•Customer relationship management and client acquisition skills
•Ability to travel within the designated area
