Ipca Laboratories Ltd, Dewas is hiring for Process R&D function in Continous Process (CPTT) Department.

Designation:

Executive / Sr. Executive and Officer/ Sr. Officer

Qualification:

M.Sc / Ph.D in organic chemistry (Executive grade) and B.Sc / M.Sc in orgainc chemistry (Officer grade).

Experience:

6-12 Years for Executive grade & 0-6 Years for Officer grade.

Location: Dewas

Executive Grade JR:

1. Contributing in Literature and Route selection.

2. Assisting R&D Lead with setting target of RMC against commercial cost.

3. Planning daily experiments and coordinating with Analytical department.

4. Provide technical support for Kilo & Pilot scale operations.

5. Ensuring GLP and GDP are enforced in all activities.

6. Prepare the MIS on the work acomplished as required.

7 Identify the requirements of chemicals, glassware, consumables & spares required.

8. Cross check the experiments records.

Officer Grade JR:

1. Conduct experiemental batches / runs as directed by R&D Lead.

2. Perform Literature search.

3. Report safety related incidents and glass ware breakages in lab.

4. Maintain the upkeeping of lab and work places.

5. Discard the reaction mass / product samples from time to time.
