Qualification: BE/ DIPLOMA in Civil Engineering
Experience: Candidate should have at least 03 years of experience in technnical Services field in many Cement / Building Material domain.
Responsibility (Brief but not limited to):
Motivating customer for brand usage through site visits by offering technical services and solutions.
Mitigating Quality Complaints.
Influencer enrollment activation, and management. Supporting Channel network through product training, services to customers and organising promotional meets.
Promoting Premium Products sales through channel network, influencer and IHB.
Desired Competency:
Candidate should have proven functional experience, preferably in the cement industry, and a strong understanding of functional processes and industry regulations.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software are required.
Good in planning & execution. Candidates must have a customer-centric mindset, go-getter, agile, result-oriented & collaborative.
High in Self-Motivation, Analytical Skills, Ready to accept challenges, well versed in Negotiation Skills, solution-minded approach.
