Candidate Profile: Education and Expertise

Ideal applicants will possess:

· Educational Background: A B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc degree in a relevant scientific discipline.

· Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with critical analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, UV, and IR spectroscopy.

· Software Knowledge: Practical experience with Chromeleon Software 7.2 for data acquisition and management is highly desirable.

· Quality Process Management: A thorough understanding and practical experience in handling Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT) investigations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and Deviations.

· Systems Expertise: Proven skills in QMS & SOP management, ensuring processes are well-documented, followed, and continuously improved.

Experience with Global Regulatory Standards

A key aspect of this role involves preparedness for and experience with regulatory audits. Candidates familiar with audit processes from major global health authorities such as the FDA, USFDA, and MHRA will be well-suited to support the company’s mission of delivering safe, effective, and high-quality pharmaceutical products to international markets.
