Lupin is seeking candidates with a strong academic and professional background. The essential criteria are:
Educational Qualification: A degree in B.Sc./ M.Sc./ B. Pharma/ M. Pharma.
Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Note: The company has explicitly stated that freshers should not attend this interview.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in a modern QC laboratory, with proficiency in the following areas:
· Instrument Handling: Expertise in operating sophisticated instruments like HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and GC (Gas Chromatography) is crucial.
· Analytical Techniques: Practical experience with Wet Lab procedures, Karl Fischer (KF) titration, Auto Titrator, UV-Vis, and IR (Infrared) Spectroscopy.
· Advanced Instrumentation: Experience with XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) and ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry) is highly desired.
· Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Candidates must have worked on a QC shop floor for an API plant that has been inspected by major regulatory bodies like USFDA, EDQM, or TGA. Knowledge of ICH guidelines, USP, and Life Cycle Management is essential.
· Quality Systems: Familiarity with QAMS (Quality Assurance Management System), conducting investigations, and maintaining thorough documentation.
As a preference, candidates must have scored a minimum of 60% marks or a First Class in their highest qualification. However, the company offers a waiver for this requirement for professionals with a minimum of 5 years of documented post-qualification experience.
