1. Production / Packing
Roles: Officer, Executive, Plant Operator, Technical Assistant
Desired Skills: Hands-on experience in key manufacturing processes such as Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule filling, as well as in Topical and Liquid production. For packing, expertise in QMS, Blister Line Strip, Cartonator, Topical Filling, and Primary & Secondary Packing is highly sought after.
2. Engineering
Roles: Officer, Executive, Plant Operator, Technical Assistant
Desired Skills: Candidates should have a strong background in maintaining process equipment (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) within an OSD plant. This includes performing preventive maintenance and managing breakdowns for machinery like FBD (Fluid Bed Dryer), FBP (Fluid Bed Processor), RMG (Rapid Mixer Granulator), coating machines, compression machines, capsule fillers, and various packing machines.
· Utility Operator: Separate openings are available for professionals experienced in handling AHU (Air Handling Units), Cooling Towers, BMS (Building Management Systems), Chillers, and Water Systems.
3. Quality Assurance (IPQA)
Roles: Officer, Executive, Senior Executive
Desired Skills: The company seeks individuals with proven experience in In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), specifically overseeing and ensuring quality compliance within the manufacturing and packaging processes.
4. Quality Control (Analyst)
Roles: Officer, Executive, Senior Executive
Desired Skills: Ideal candidates will be proficient in operating sophisticated laboratory equipment including HPLC, GC, IR, UV, Dissolution testers, and other QC instruments. Additional knowledge of QC Method Validation and Transfer will be a key advantage.
