The Chief of Nursing Services (CNS) is responsible for overseeing the nursing operations across a group of hospitals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, promoting nursing excellence, and fostering a culture of safety and collaboration. The CNS will lead nursing staff, develop policies and procedures, and implement best practices to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. This position may require occasional travel between hospital locations.
