Experience: 2 to 10 years
Job description:
•Online filling of the BPRs and records and performing jobs related to SAP
•Operate equipment’s reactor/Sparkler Filter/Candle Filters/Centrifuge/Dryers as per SOP
API:
•Experience in SCADA upgradation as per 21 CFR part 11.
•Experience of CSV and equipment qualification.
•Knowledge of software for handling deviation & Investigation for root cause analysis
•Experience of PLC and SCADA programming
•Experience of SQL data base Software.
•Experience in trouble shooting of SCADA.
•Knowledge in field instrumentation & troubleshooting
OSD:
•Experience of OSD Process equipment of Manufacturing
•Packing maintenance like FBP, RMG, Bulk Packing machine/ Blister Packing.
•Handling of Scada & PLC operated machine including validation
•Familiar with SAP Maintenance Module.
•Experience of equipment qualification of process OSD.
Quality Control:
•Hands on experience with HPLC, GC, KF, IR, UV etc.
•Lab instruments handling & troubleshooting
•Experience of QC software like Tiamo 3.0, LIMS, QAMS, SAP, Chromeleon 7.3 etc.
•Aware of cGMP, DI (ALCO+) & various regulatory requirements.
•QC Instrument maintenance and calibration.
•Strong Knowledge of OSD, Dry Suspension formulation.
Quality Assurance:
•Review of BPR, batch cleaning record, test data sheet, Sampling of API finished goods.
•Preparation of APQR
•Handing of QMS document (Change control, Deviation, CAPA, OOS, OOT) review.
•Response preparation of customer queries & questioner
•Review of qualification & validation document, Investigation report, QRM etc.
