1)Position: Research Scientist / Sr Research Scientist

Department: Biotechnology

Experience: 3-5 Years of experience in biotechnology

Industry on HRMS/LCMS System, preferably on Moncional Antibodies (MAbs)

Qualification: MTech (Biotechnology)/PhD Biotechnology

Work Location: Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana

Job Description:

•The personnel should have sound knowledge of recombinant proteins, biophysical methods and similarity analysis of biosimilars

•Experienced in handling the HRMS/LCMS system.

•Development of methods to characterise the monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) using HRMS/LCMS eg Peptide Mapping, Glycan analysis, Identification of the post-translational modification of mAbs.

•Qualification and validation of the developed methods.

•Preparation of STPs/50Ps and related documentations.

2)Position: Group Leader

Department: Pharmacokinetics-Clinical Experience: 8-10 Years of related industry experience as a team lead

Qualification: Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences Work Location: Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana

Job Description:

•The incumbent will work on protocol preparation, review, study design, pharmacokinetic data analysis, scientific interpretation of BA/BE study results and report review/writing.

•Well versed with handling pharmacokinetic (PK) software programs, such as Phoenix. PK Data modeling & simulations of products (oral and non-oral).

•Evaluating preclinical-to-clinical translation of ADME data and dose prediction for first-in-human (FIH) studies

•Designing of Clinical Phase-I studies (comparative BA, PK- PD & POC)

•Working knowledge of Advanced PK. PBPK and Biopharmaceutics Modeling software is a plus.

•Good knowledge of global regulatory guidelines on bioequivalence studies.

3)Position: Research Scientist/5r Research Scientist

Department: Peptides Analytical API

Experience: 5-7 Years in peptides analytical development, such as related impurities

Qualification: MSc/Phd Analytical/Organic Chemistry

Work Location: Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana

Job Description:

•Good Experience in analytical development, such as related impurities, peptide assay, amino acid ratio, peptide content, knowledge about SEC, degree of resin substitution analysis etc.

•Hands on experience on Preparative LC & DAC purification techniques at Lab Scale

•Must have experience of Method Development related to the different tests for the Peptides, Routine Analysis and understanding of Peptides/ Amino acid analysis. Having the exposure on the characterization of data related to the Peptides

•Expertise in LCMS-MS/HRMS-analytical understanding and data interpretation.

•Hands on experience on LC, IC & other relevant analytical techniques.

4)Position: Research Scientist / Sr Research Scientist

Department: Peptides Analytical API Experience: 5-7 Years in peptide-plant scale-up/ purification

Qualification: B Tech (Chemical Engineering)/MSc/Phd Analytical/Organic Chemistry

Work Location: Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana

Job Description:

•Good Experience in purification/isolation & scale up at plant scale

•Hands on experience on Preparative LC. & DAC purification techniques at Lab scale and at plant scale including knowledge of chromatography

•Having the exposure in the handling of Rotary evaporator, (yophilizer for isolation of compounds.

•Must have Knowledge of GMP systems at plant level. Must have ability to handle the team.
