📝 Role: Medical Representative (MR)
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager
Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift | Field Role
🔍 Key Responsibilities
1. Product Promotion & Sales
•Meet doctors, chemists, and stockists regularly to promote Altor’s products.
•Persuade healthcare professionals to prescribe Altor medicines by providing scientific information.
•Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Territory Management
•Plan daily and monthly tours and submit reports via the sales app.
•Conduct 12 doctor visits and 8 chemist visits daily.
•Ensure accurate and timely submission of Daily Call Reports (DCR) and Personal Order Booking (POB).
3. Market & Business Development
•Expand the customer base by onboarding new doctors and chemists.
•Organize campaigns and conferences to increase product awareness.
4. Inventory & Competitor Monitoring
•Ensure product availability at retail chemists.
•Conduct competitor analysis and share monthly insights with management.
🧠 Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Science/Biology background preferred).
Experience:
2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (mandatory).
Skills Required:
•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in using sales apps and reporting tools.
•Good organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Personal Attributes:
•Ethical, motivated, and goal-driven.
•Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
