Designation: Customer Care Executive
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat
Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience
Requirements:
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills
Prior experience in a chat process role is preferred
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Work from office
Both side cab facilities available
Rotational shifts and week offs
Salary: Upto 4.5LPA (as per the experience)
