Job Description:
•Experience in Method Validation, Method Transfer, FG, Microbiology, GC, GLP etc.
•Experience in Documentation, Issuance, CCF, Trackwise, SOP preparation, well versed with GMP & Regulatory requirements of USFDA, EU, ANVISA, AQA.
•Good knowledge of Tablet & Capsule, Coating, Granulation, Compression, Good command on QMS & Documentation, IPQA, Qualification.
Candidates currently in Production and QA may also explore career opportunity in FTT for faster professional growth
•Viswill Machine, Fatte, Sejong compression, Granulation machine
•Experience in Online documentation, BMR, QMS.
•Instrumentation Job Profile: Experience in SCADA, PLC, HMI, Atomization Programme, Calibration, Maintenance Job Profile: PM and BD SAP entry & handling records, Process equipment qualification and QMS activity, FBD & Coater duct cleaning execution.
•Utility Job Profile: Execution of HVAC Validation, Handling Utility/ PUV and Boiler, PM execution and SAP entry & handling records
•Experience in record keeping and tracking of the approved raw and packing material location wise, Dispensing of Raw Material against duly approved MRN and issue slip as per SOP, Preparation of Gate pass as per instruction of PPC/Purchase dispatching the material.
•Safety: Pharma or chemical industry with knowledge of HAZOP, PSSR, incident/accident analysis, safety inspection and audit, legal compliance etc.
Environment: Pharma or chemical industry with knowledge ETP, STP, RO, MEE hazardous waste handling/disposal, GPCB/CPCB compliance etc.
