Job Description:
•Experience in Method Validation, Method Transfer, FG, RM, GC, GLP, HPLC etc.
•Viswill Camera Inspection Machine, Fette Compression, Sejong Compression, Granulation Equipment, Copsule Filling Machine Operator (AF 90 T) Operator.
•Experience in Online documentation, BMR, QMS.
•BQS/Romoco Blister Packing Machine Operator Auto Cortonator Machine Operator
•QMS, Trock & Trock system (Optel/ACG) with serialization system
•Experience in record keeping and tracking of the approved row and packing material location wise. Dispensing of Raw Material against duly opproved MRN and issue slip os per SOP, Preparation of Gate pass as per instruction of PPC/Purchase dispatching the material.
•Good knowledge of Tablet & Capsule, Coating, Granulation, Compression, Good command on QMS & Documentation, IPOA, Qualification
•PLC, SCADA, HMI programming. Compliance activity, regulatory compliance standard, IT network Topology, Process automation.
•Instrumentation Job Profile: Experience in SCADA, PLC, HMI, Atomization Programme, Colibration.
Maintenance Job Profile: PM and BD SAP entry & handling records, Process equipment qualification and QMS activity. FBD & Coater duct cleaning execution.
