Key Responsibilities
•Provide first-level technical support to end users for applications, systems, and network issues.
•Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical incidents via phone, chat, email, or walk-ins.
•Accurately log activities and resolutions using incident management tools.
•Escalate urgent issues and ensure timely resolution.
•Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication throughout the support process.
•Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking problems.
•Collaborate in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts and scheduled weekly offs.
Required Skills
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Solid understanding of ITIL Framework and service desk processes
•Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, and VDI environments
•Proficiency in troubleshooting tools and concepts (Active Directory, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, MFA, etc.)
•Working knowledge of productivity tools (MS Office, Outlook, Zoom, Jabber, Browsers, etc.)
•Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
