About the Role
The selected candidate will work as an HR Generalist responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, payroll processing, statutory compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, learning & development, and performance management.
The role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and hands-on experience in HRMS/HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Manage complete employee lifecycle.
Handle onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare HR letters and employee-related documents.
Maintain HRIS database.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
The selected candidate will:
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
Ensure accurate salary processing.
Handle payroll queries.
Manage statutory deductions.
