AcuraBIM Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator to manage architectural and structural BIM models and coordinate them with MEP services. The selected candidate will work on building projects, model integration, clash detection, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural and structural Revit models and integrate them with MEP models.
• Manage BIM models with Level of Development (LOD) 300–400/500 requirements.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and prepare clash reports and matrices.
• Coordinate with different project teams to resolve model clashes and technical issues.
• Follow the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), client requirements, and ISO 19650 workflows.
• Prepare and check general arrangement (GA) drawings, structural details, schedules, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Support Scan-to-BIM projects using point-cloud data.
• Manage project documents and exchanges through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Guide BIM modellers and lead coordination meetings with international clients from the US, UK, and Middle East.
