Key Roles & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

Designing and executing in vitro ADME studies.

Performing solubility, chemical stability, Log D, Chrom Log D, metabolic stability, protein binding, permeability, and CYP inhibition studies.

Developing UPLC and LC-MS/MS analytical and bioanalytical methods.

Quantifying prodrugs, drugs, and metabolites in biological matrices.

Operating LC-MS/MS and UPLC systems using MassLynx and Empower software.

Maintaining accurate laboratory documentation in accordance with GLP/GMP practices.

Collaborating with cross-functional research teams.

Preparing scientific reports and presenting experimental findings.
