Position: Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager or Senior Executive
Focus Areas: Design, execution, and optimization of downstream purification processes for mAbs and fusion proteins
Key Responsibilities: Process development using chromatography, UF/DF, viral inactivation, and filtration systems
Requirements: Expertise in incorporating purification technologies and developing programs for existing and new molecules
R&D USP (Upstream Processing)
Position: Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager or Senior Executive
Specialization: Mammalian cell culture processes
Core Functions: Development and maintenance of seed trains, shake flask optimization, and process characterization
