1. Position Requisition Management
Create and process manpower requisitions.
Coordinate with hiring managers for approvals.

Initiate and monitor background verification.
Coordinate with BGV vendors.

5. Medical Documentation
Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations.
Maintain employee medical fitness reports.
6. MIS & HR Reporting
Maintain recruitment and onboarding trackers.
Generate MIS reports related to hiring and attrition.
Ensure accurate HR data management.
7. Organization Structure Mapping
Update organization charts.
Track headcount, vacancies, and manpower movements.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation, Post Graduation, MBA or PGDM.
4–7 years of HR Talent Acquisition experience.
Strong recruitment and onboarding knowledge.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in HR documentation and MIS reporting.
