Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
Leading on-site execution of wind farm civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
Supervising WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) erection, commissioning, and project handover.
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Coordinating with OEMs, EPC contractors, local authorities, and internal teams.
Monitoring project schedules and ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Managing manpower and resolving site-level technical issues.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Minimum 15+ years of experience in wind power project execution.
Currently working in a leadership position.
Experience managing teams of more than 50 employees.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Regular Mode only.
Distance Learning or Part-Time qualifications will not be considered.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise.
Willingness to relocate or travel across Gujarat and Karnataka project sites.
