Required Skills and Responsibilities

1. Ability to handle day-to-day purchase activities, including engineering materials, laboratory chemicals, raw materials and packaging materials for the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Experience in sourcing, vendor selection, vendor management and material management.
3. Knowledge of purchasing Raw Materials (RMs), Packing Materials (PMs), spares, consumables, laboratory chemicals and other materials.
4. Ability to independently manage the complete procurement and purchasing process.
5. Experience in purchasing pharmaceutical raw materials, formulations, laboratory chemicals, engineering materials, electrical and civil materials.
6. Coordination with internal and external departments to ensure smooth business operations.
7. Preparation and maintenance of purchase order documentation.
8. Comparing quotations and vendor rates to obtain the best prices and negotiate effectively.
9. Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of required materials.
10. Good communication skills in Telugu, English and Hindi.
